Terraced two-bay two-storey over basement house, built 1777, originally three-bay and sharing northern bay with house to north. Built as part of scheme of almshouses. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks, terracotta chimney pots and replacement uPVC rainwater goods. Lightly-rendered coursed limestone walls. Camber-headed windows with six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows, limestone sills and red brick block-and-start surrounds. Replacement window to basement. Round-headed door opening having timber panelled door with spoked fanlight, red brick block-and-start surround and approached by limestone step over area. Rendered boundary wall with limestone coping and cast-iron railings with ball finials.

Kingston College was built by the Earl of Kingston for the "poor Gentlemen and Gentlewomen members of the Church of Ireland," with tenants of the estate having priority. The retention of timber panelled door and sash windows throughout, significantly enhances the building, as do the cast-iron railings to the front.
