What is recorded here

Grave Yard in Grange, County Galway, is a small oval burial ground holding a child's inscribed slab beside haphazard stones and a southern row aligned for Christian burials. That mixture suggests different periods or communities added graves without erasing what came before. The child's name still stands out because the adults around it barely left a mark.

On a rise on E bank of River Corrib some 250m SE of the village of Menlough. Indicated on 1st ed. of OS 6-inch map as an irregular unenclosed area (c. 45m by c. 25m).
