Discovered 1984 following spontaneous collapse. Three stone-built chambers roofed with lintels. Present entrance S side chamber 1 (L 1.98m; Wth 1.15m; H c. 1m); creepway at N end to chamber 2 (partially collapsed); creepway W side to collapsed chamber 3. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 1: West Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1992).
