Man-made underground passage in Fintragh

A subcircular area (DG097-004001-) enclosed by an earthen bank with evidence for an external fosse. A stretch of Man-made underground passage, collapsed at both ends is evident on the N side of the interior. Access can be gained through a break in the roof halfway along the passage. The site is located on fairly good land sloping S to the sea. The above description was derived from the 'Archaeological Survey of County Donegal.
