What is recorded here

Canshanavoe is a place where a hidden passage once opened inside a rath, now closed and levelled beyond recognition. Local memory preserves the shape of the loss: a hole in the ground, a descent, and a warning that the way had become dangerous. The absence is the telling part. What was made, hidden, forgotten, or buried remains alive in the certainty that something was removed.

In the interior of a rath (CO103-022----). According to local information, an opening in the ground led to an underground passage. The opening was closed for safety reasons and the ground has been levelled off. There are no visible remains of this possible Man-made underground passage.
