What is recorded here

indicated is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Lyonstown, County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies the lower north-facing slope of a drumlin as a circular overgrown area forty-five to fifty metres across. An earthen bank two to three metres wide surrounds internal facing stones and slight traces of an outer fosse three to three and a half metres wide. No identifiable entrance remains visible.
