What is recorded here

Indicated is a fifty-metre circular cashel in North Galway, still standing with a drystone wall amid grass and rock. Field boundaries radiate from it like spokes on a wheel, suggesting the fort remained the centre of local life long after its building stopped being news. It is the kind of place where ordinary farms still orbit an older, forgotten core.
