What is recorded here
Terraced two-bay two-storey house, c.1860. Imitation stone wall with enlarged window openings having aluminium casement windows. Replacement door in later surround. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimney stack. Simple iron railings to street.
Though much altered, this house retains original roofing materials and railings, and remains an important constituent of Sarsfield Terrace, which mirrors the curve and slope of the main street and provides visual interest opposite the wall of Lucan demesne.
This does not grant access. Most recorded buildings are privately owned; view them only from public ground unless the owner allows entry.
