What is recorded here

Indicated is a crannog in Lowfield, County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies an overgrown island measuring 18m across and 0.4m high within the 350m diameter Lowfield Lough. The structure stands 120m from the north-eastern shore and reveals wooden planks along its south-western perimeter. Earth and stone form the visible remains of this submerged platform.
