Situated in a broad river basin with the S-N stream curving around it to the W. An area of burnt and broken stone (dims. 14m x 10.5m) is visible during land reclamation. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Waterford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1999).
