Fulacht fia in Lisrobin West

In pasture, to SE of spring (now dry). Low mound of burnt material (16.5m N-S; 16m E-W; H 0.35m). According to local information, mound formerly horseshoe-shaped with opening facing N. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 4: North Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2000).
