Indicated is a vanished Cork fairy fort where a hidden passage still breathes beneath the pasture. Its earth bank became a field fence, but the underground tunnel remains a doorway into the old world. People may have walked that dark path to escape danger, offer gifts, or enter dreams. The forgoers forgot the name, yet the ground remembers the shape of the door.

In pasture, at base of SSE-facing slope. Hachured as circular enclosure (diam. c. 45m) on 1st ed. O.S. map; levelled c. 1982. Enclosing earthen bank survives in field fence system ESE->SSW (H 1.6m). Lisnacunna is a likely early-medieval ringfort, indicated by its circular enclosure and surviving earthen bank. Local folklore, though not detailed, may associate it with fairy tradition, as suggested by the name "Lisnacunna," which may derive from a Gaelic term implying a "fairy place."
