What is recorded here

The graveyard in Lismalin is in County Tipperary, Ireland. It measures 52 metres north to south and 62 metres east to west inside a high limestone wall, with a church in the centre and most headstones south of that church. A large deep quarry lies immediately north and a moated site lies 100 metres south.
On a N-facing slope of rising ground in upland area with extensive views to N, and higher ground to S. Large deep quarry immediately to N of graveyard, moated site (TS055-068----) 100m to S. Large rectangular graveyard (int. dims. 52m N-S; 62m E-W) enclosed by a high limestone wall with church (TS055-067001-) in the centre. The majority of the headstones are located S of the medieval church with no memorials to the N and few to the W of the church. Large medieval water spout of the church re-erected as a memorial in the SE quadrant of the graveyard. Graveyard appears to have cleaned up by a recent graveyard restoration scheme.
