Grave Yard in County Limerick holds the ruined parish church of Lismakeery at its heart, with headstones scattered south and newer burials placed north. The rectangular stone-walled ground sits at the top of a low ridge, approached by a narrow passageway from the road below. A ringfort lies immediately south, linking the dead to older life on the same land. The place feels like a layered threshold where several ages still breathe through stone, soil and memory.

At N end of low N-S ridge, approached by passageway from public road to S. Rectangular graveyard (c. 60m N-S; c. 30m E-W) enclosed by stone wall. Just N-of-centre is ruin of parish church of Lismakeery (LI019-069001-). Most recent burials lie N of church. Scattering of headstones S of church date to 19th and 20th centuries.
