Rock art in Letter West, County Kerry, Ireland, is a small inconspicuous low-lying panel with upper surface sloping slightly upwards to N. The exposed sub-rectangular surface measures c. 1m N-S and 0.5m E-W. A finely incised ring (diam. 0.16m, D 1mm, wth 2mm) with a central perforation is located at SE end of exposed surface. Some irregular shaped hollows at N end of the panel. 6 incised rings (5 of which are conjoined) of similar proportions (diam. 0.17m) are located on E side of KE084-072----.

Likely dating to the Late Neolithic or Bronze Age, the finely incised ring may have held symbolic or ritual significance, possibly representing a sun or spirit symbol. Similar motifs are found across Britain and are often associated with territorial markers or ceremonial practices.
