Richard III King of England 1483 - 1485
Richard III was the last king of England from the House of York, reigning from 1483 until his death at the Battle of Bosworth Field in 1485, where he was defeated by Henry Tudor, marking the end of the Middle Ages and the beginning of the Tudor era. His remains were discovered in 2012 under a car park in Leicester, leading to significant historical and archaeological interest.
