Founding member & treasurer of the Leicester and Leicestershire Women's Suffrage Society in 1887. Recorded plaque organisation: Leicester City Council.
Agnes Archer Evans was a pioneering educator for girls and a key figure in the women's suffrage movement, serving as a founding member and treasurer of the Leicester and Leicestershire Women's Suffrage Society. Her work at Belmont House School from 1882 to 1893 helped advance educational opportunities for women.
