What is recorded here

A piece of ash brushwood (L 1.45m; diam. 0.06m) on the field surface. The piece has been damaged as a result of milling and it is not certain that it has remained in situ. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 1993. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
