Structure

A piece of holly brushwood (L 1.04m min.; diam. 0.055m) on the field surface. One end was worked to a wedge point. The piece lay in well-humified Sphagnum peat. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 1993. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
