Lavallyconor holds a buried life in County Galway, though the exact chamber and the hands that closed it have slipped from modern memory. The land may still cover the bones of a person who loved, bled and belonged somewhere, reduced now to a vague point on a forgotten list. What is missing is not a small gap but a whole lifetime, leaving only the shape of its absence for anyone willing to imagine the person behind the darkness.
