What is recorded here
There are 16 inscriptions (ME019-030092-) in cursive or uncial lettering engraved on six stones in the E passage of Tomb 1 at Knowth and two similar inscriptions on a single stone in the W tomb. Orthostat 28 in the W tomb has the name ‘Brec’ and ‘oic’ inscribed in majuscule, but this stone also has the name BREQBIOS in ogham (ME019-030089-). (Byrne 2008, 95)
