Detached gable-fronted two-bay three-storey mill, built c.1820, now vacant. Hipped slate roof. Rubble stone walls. Blocked openings. Remains of mill wheel and mill race to the north-east elevation.
This former mill is a reminder of the industrial heritage which was associated with the harnessing of the River Boyne. Though now in poor condition, the mill retains many interesting features and materials, such as the slate roof, remains of the mill wheel, and the mill race.
This does not grant access. Most recorded buildings are privately owned; view them only from public ground unless the owner allows entry.
