What is recorded here
This is medieval house 6 which is located c. 10m S of the entrance to Tomb 1C East and on the line of the lower fosse of the rath. It consisted of a layer of dark habitation material (dims 5m N-S; 3m E-W) but no structural features such as walls or a hearth were evident. It had a fairly regular outline, although it sagged at the centre over the ditch. (Eogan 2012, 118-9)
