What is recorded here

Indicated is a ruined ringfort at the SW base of a Mayo ridge, its shallow earthen bank still enclosing a circular pasture. Cattle graze where people once lived, and the forgotten fence line marks the edge of a home reduced to a ridge on the ground.

At SW base of ridge, in pasture. Roughly circular area (37m N-S; 41m E-W), enclosed by earthen bank (H 1.2m), with shallow external fosse on E. Bank; topped with clearance and fence, levelled SE to SW. The above description has been derived from D.
