What is recorded here
Indicated is a fairy fort in County Clare, an earthen ring where the border between human law and fairy fancy thins. People may have lived there before fear or wonder moved them elsewhere, leaving behind a clean circle instead of a broken one. The land keeps the shape even when memory fails, suggesting the fort still works for someone patient enough to notice.
