Freestanding gable-fronted mausoleum, c. 1840, with barrel-vaulted grassed over roof. Coursed roughly dressed limestone walls with inscribed plaque having urn finial. Square-headed opening with metal door.
This mausoleum houses the remains of the O'Grady family and contributes positively to the setting of Saint John’s Church (Knockainy).
