Freestanding mausoleum to south, dated 1860, with pitched limestone roof, cut eaves course and copings. Snecked limestone walls with carved limestone heraldic plaque. Square-headed opening with rusticated limestone surround and metal door.
A well composed mausoleum erected to house the remains of the O'Grady family. A plaque over the robust doorcase carries the O’Grady arms and the inscription ""THE O'GRADY FAMILY MAUSOLEUM"" while a panel is inscribed ""O'GRADY/CASTLEGARDE/1860"".
