Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Knockacappul (tirerrill By.) is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Knockacappul (tirerrill By.), County Sligo, Ireland. It occupies the entire width of a narrow field on a ridge with a steep eastern slope and gentle western slope. An eroded bank encloses a circular area where the interior rises gently toward the centre, though a field boundary truncates the western arc.
In rough pasture, on top of a ridge with a steep slope to E and a gentle slope to W and occupying the entire width of a narrow field. A circular area (18.3m x 18m), truncated on the W arc by a field boundary, enclosed by an eroded bank (Wth 2.3m; int. H 0.2m; ext. H 0.45m). The interior rises gently towards the centre.
