End-of-terrace two-bay three-storey rendered house, built c. 1870, now vacant. Built as one of a group of three. Single-storey return building to rear with yard and enclosing boundary wall. Pitched slate roof, clay ridge tiles, unpainted rendered corbelled chimneystack, cast-iron rainwater goods. Unpainted rendered walls and base plinth. Square-headed window openings, painted stone sills, uPVC casement windows. Square-headed door opening, tooled limestone plinth blocks, door boarded up. Street fronted with alley to west.
This house is part of a group of three which relates well to other buildings of similar proportions in the street. The rendered walls contrast with the stone buildings to the east.
