Terraced two-bay three-storey rendered house, built c. 1870. Built as one of a group of three. Pitched artificial slate roof, unpainted rendered corbelled chimneystack, cast-iron rainwater goods on projecting eaves course. Unpainted rendered walling on projecting base plinth. Square-headed window openings, painted moulded render surrounds, painted stone sills, one-over-one painted timber sash windows to second floor, uPVC casement windows to ground and first floors c. 2000. Square-headed door opening, painted moulded render surround, hardwood twelve-panel door c. 1990. Street fronted.
This is a good example of a modest three-storey terraced house with restrained façade, endowing the terrace with dignity and enlivened by moulded render details. This house forms an integral part of this terraced street.
