Excavated in advance of construction of the N9/N10 Kilcullen-Waterford Road (Excavation Licence number E3731). A kiln (L 1.35m; Wth 0.75m; D 0.22m) with a burnt clay base was uncovered alongside a pit (L 1m; Wth 0.9m; D 0.3m). (O' Carroll E. 2010, 21)
