Freestanding single-bay (single-bay deep) single-stage mausoleum, dated 1816, on a rectangular plan. Part ivy-covered rendered pointed-arch vaulted roof. Part ivy-covered coursed or snecked "Old Red Sandstone" walls with cut-"Old Red Sandstone" flush quoins to corners. Pointed-arch opening with cut-"Old Red Sandstone" block-and-start surround having rounded reveals. Interior with cut-white marble oval wall monuments (ob. 1857; 1924) centred on cast-iron Gothic-style monument (1816). Set in landscaped grounds shared with Killurin Church with finial-topped cast-iron colonnette piers to perimeter supporting "Fleur-de-Lys"-detailed cast-iron gate.

A mausoleum contributing positively to the group and setting values of Killurin Church with the architectural value of the composition, one housing a monument 'to the memory of THE REV. ABRAHAM SWANNE [1762-1816] erected under the immediate direction of his friend JAMES EDWARD DEVEREUX [1765-1835]', confirmed by such attributes as the compact rectilinear plan form; and the "pointed" roofline.
