On a steep E-facing slope, at the foot of the very steep W slopes of a N-S section of a valley, in woodland. There are moderate views to the N, E and S along and across the valley, but none upslope to the W. A roughly circular area (int. dims. 23m N-S; 18m E-W) delimited by a low, bank (int. H 0.3m downslope; 0.5m upslope; ext. H 1m downslope; 0.3m upslope; Wth 2.5m) composed of earth and boulders. There is an entrance gap (Wth 2m) in the S quadrant. The monument is overgrown with trees and scrub.
