Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and timber bargeboards to gablet. Rendered walls having cast-iron plaque. Round-headed opening to gablet having one-over-one pane timber sliding sash window. Square-headed openings having replacement uPVC windows. Square-headed display window to ground floor having cast-iron sill guard. Square-headed opening having overlight and replacement timber panelled door. Limestone steps to entrance.

Prominently sited house built upon steeply sloping terrain with each individual house within the terrace of five following the gradient. The oriel window enhances the façades which form a striking presence in the streetscape.
