Indicated, or St. Brittain's Well, sits in tillage two hundred metres southwest of an early ecclesiastical enclosure in County Cork. A slab once covered the water, which people piped elsewhere before the site fell silent. The well no longer gives drink, but it still marks the edge where human desire met divine patience.

St. Brittain's Well is associated with St. Brittain, a lesser-known early Irish saint, and was traditionally visited for its supposed healing properties, particularly for skin ailments and general well-being. The well's name and location near an early ecclesiastical site suggest a long-standing Christian and possibly pre-Christian tradition of water worship in the area.
