Rathroe

Rathroe is a ringfort so worn by centuries of farming that its bank measures only sixty centimetres high, yet it still spans eight metres across the northern soil. The earth has swallowed most of the boundary, leaving behind a faint swell that invites wonder rather than admiration. What remains is a ghost of a wall, visible only to someone who knows exactly where to look and willing to believe the ground is still speaking.
