What is recorded here
In the northeast corner of the Saint's graveyard on Inis Cealtra, an undecorated recumbent slab lies seven point nine metres from the north wall and two point two metres from the east wall. Macalister drew it on his plan but never gave it a number, leaving the identity of its owner buried beneath plain stone. The absence of carving does not diminish the dead person; it refuses the temptation to invent a name that may belong elsewhere.
Situated in the NE corner of the ‘Saint’s graveyard’ (CL029-009030-) on Inis Cealtra, 7.9m from the N wall and 2.2m from the E wall. An undecorated recumbent graveslab (L1.2m; Wth 0.55m) drawn but not numbered on Macalister’s plan of the graveyard (1916-17, pl. XV).
