What is recorded here

In the centre of the central part (dims. c. 1.9 km NNE-SSW; c. 400-600m NW-SE) of Kilglass Lough, c. 250m from the W shore and c. 200m from the E shore. Circular stony and overgrown mound (diam. 15m NE-SW; 15m NW-SE; H c. 1m) surrounded by a shore (Wth 1.5-6m) which is continued by reeds (Wth 4-10m) creating a mound (diam. c. 30m) with a steep perimeter.
