What is recorded here
In pasture, in an area of undulating terrain.
Not shown on any edition of the OS 6-inch maps. Circular area (diam. c. 8-8.5m N−S; c. 7.5m E−W to field wall) defined on S–NNE by a low sod-covered stony bank (Wth 1.2-1.4m; H 0.2-0.3m), truncated at E-SE by a straight field wall on a NE−SW axis. The interior appears slightly sunken relative to exterior ground level.
The remains are poorly defined and largely engulfed in a thicket of blackthorn, making examination difficult. It may be the remnants of a circular house. There is a ringfort (MA093-001001-) c. 50m to SE.
