What is recorded here
A three-storey mid-terrace house of three bays on a c.7m wide plot, c.10m height to front parapet, built c. 1665-1735 (Dublin Civic Trust, 2012). The position of the chimneybreasts centred on N and S party wall, central spine wall, angled fireplaces, the location of the staircase and the closet return, suggests a former gable-fronted ‘Dutch billy’ style typology.
The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
