Graveslab in Holycross is a graveslab in Holycross, County Tipperary, Ireland. It is one of three graveslabs behind the altar in the chancel of the Cistercian abbey at Holycross. The well preserved but worn tapered slab measures 1.93m in length, 0.65m wide at the top and 0.61m wide at the base. Its surface carries a seven-armed cross with fleur-de-lis terminals, a knop at the base of the cross-head above the shaft, and a similar feature at the base of the shaft above a pillar-base form.

One of three graveslabs (TN047-030015-017) located behind the altar of the chancel of the Cistercian abbey (TN047-030001) at Holycross. Number 8 in D. Maher's catalogue of Medieval Grave Slabs of County Tipperary 1200 - 1600 A.D. for Holycross Abbey. Well preserved but worn tapered slab ( L 1.93m; Top Wth 0.65m ; Base Wth 0.61m) lying on the surface of the chancel behind the altar. The surface is decorated with a seven-armed cross, with fleur-de-lis terminals. A knop occurs at the base of the cross-head, sumounting the cross-shaft and a similar feature occurs at the base of the shaft surmounting a pillar-base form. An inscription in Black Letter occurs on the dexter and sinister sides of the slab. This inscription is worn and barely visible and what is visible reads HIC JACET JACOBUS BU(T?) (L?)ER…./159(7?)
