Settlement deserted is a settlement deserted (medieval) in Higginstown, County Tipperary, Ireland. It occupied undulating terrain under pasture where old field boundaries were removed and new ones created. The 1840 OS Namebooks recorded ancient fences forming an enclosure called Bally-na-scullog and two ancient roads leaving the southwest corner, one through the western side and one in a northeast direction through the centre. Earthworks visible in 1966 and 1974 aerial photographs had been levelled by the time of compilation.

In undulating terrain under pasture. Old field boundaries have been removed and new field boundaries created. According to the OS Namebooks (O'Donovan 1840) this was 'the site of ancient fences forming an enclosure called Bally-na-scullog. There is here also the sites of ancient roads passing from the S.W. corner of the townland one through the western side & the other in a N.E. direction through the centre of the townland'.
