What is recorded here
Five small enclosures and possible ring-ditches mark Halfmiletown, County Kildare, while a cist burial lies 200m to the northwest. The ground keeps shaping itself through those faint lines, perhaps marking homes, rituals or claims laid down before written memory. People may have walked past them for generations, reading life and loss in the same soil.
Visible on a GSI aerial photo (S 58, 57) as the cropmarks of some 5 small enclosures, possible ring-ditches. A cist burial (KD040-003----) was discovered c. 200m to the NW.
