What is recorded here

Mortons stands in the Carrickaboy Glebe, where the land dips low and rain collects in shallow channels. A graveyard keeps the names and bodies of the people who lived beside that water, though the names have not survived into the present. The glebe gives the place its identity, and the buried dead give it its depth.
