Grave Yd is a rectangular graveyard on the north bank of the River Bride in County Cork, Ireland, where the ruins of Knockmourne parish church still stand beside headstones dating from the 1780s. A crumbling stone wall encloses three sides while a farmyard borders the south, creating a sharp boundary between domestic life and death. The place remains in occasional use, suggesting that memory and mourning have continued across centuries rather than fading into forgetfulness.

On N bank of river Bride, approached by laneway from N; rectangular graveyard (c. 50m E-W; c. 40m N-S) enclosed by crumbling stone wall to N, Wand E, and by farmyard to S. On N side ruins of Knockmourne parish church (CO045-03102-). Headstones date from 1780s with some chest tombs; a number of low uninscribed gravemarkers to S and E; in occasional use.
