Attached two-bay two-storey house, built c.1930, with entrance porch to narrower north bay and projecting gable-fronted south bay having canted bay. Hipped artificial slate roof with pitched roof to gable-fronted bay, having dentilated timber bargeboard, rendered chimneystack and uPVC rainwater goods. Flat roof porch with moulded dentilated render cornice and lined parapet. Flat-roof canted bay also having moulded dentilated render cornice. Painted smooth rendered walls with Tudor Revival style render and timber detailing and render corbels to tympanum of gable front. Lined walls to porch. Square-headed opening to first floor having uPVC window. Square-headed tripartite opening to first floor of projecting bay having twelve-over-one and flanking nine-over-one timber sliding sash windows and rendered sill. Canted bay comprising one-over-one timber sliding sash windows to canted sides, tripartite opening to front (west) with one-over-one and flanking two-over-one timber sliding sash windows, having diamond motif to upper sash of central window and canted sides. Segmental-headed door opening to porch having render keystone, overlight and timber panelled door. Rendered boundary wall with cast-iron railings and pedestrian gate.

An attractive early twentieth century house whose composition is inspired by the Arts and Crafts movement, incorporating various stylistic influences including Tudor Revival style motifs and materials. The character and form of the building is made apparent through the retention of original features and materials including a variety of elaborate finely-crafted windows and well-executed render detailing. Typical of early twentieth-century suburban housing on the edges of the bigger towns, this example greatly enlivens the streetscape at the northern end of Skibbereen.
