What is recorded here

The fairy fort or ringfort in Glennaphuca is in County Waterford, Ireland. The 1840 edition of the Ordnance Survey six-inch map marked a small circular enclosure with an external diameter of about 35 metres in pasture towards the top of a south-facing slope. That same account recorded the site as not visible at ground level, while a possible ringfort stands about 50 metres to the north-east.
Marked as a small circular enclosure (ext. diam. c. 35m) on the 1840 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated in pasture towards the top of a S-facing slope. It is not visible at ground level.
