Mnemo knows the edge of the world because she has watched it in every chamber. The human claimants never doubted that much. They built rooms around the woman instead of asking her to leave, and she accepted the shape of their worship. She still answers when they call her name, but she answers as Mnemo, the muse of Eochu, not as the chained girl from their books.
