What is recorded here
In reclaimed pasture, on the flood plain of the Dead River and the Mulkear River 345m and 385m to N, respectively and 110m E of a townland boundary with Dromeenboy. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Ditch barrow (LI024-114----) and enclosure (LI024-115----) lie 130m to NW and 135m to E, respectively. Monument identified as a pennanular-shaped cropmark by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 152: AP 4/3723). Monument is not visible on OSi orthophoto taken 2005-2012, or on Digital Globe orthoimage taken 2011-2013, or on Google Earth orthoimage taken 25/03/2017.
