In rough grazing, c. 40m W of stream. Oval mound of burnt material (14.7m ENE-WSW; 12.5m NNE-SSW; H 1.1m). Parts of mound at S and W sides recently removed. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 4: North Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2000).
